We manufacture agro-waste fired, three-pass, fully wet-back, smoke-tube boilers with particular attention to the furnace smoke-tube diameters, projections and the method of tube fitting into the wet-back combustion chamber tube-plate. The heating surface consists of the furnace, the combustion chamber, smoke-tubes and the wet back rear plate that ensures long life and eliminates expensive brickwork. Our range of steam boilers are available in package form. Each package boiler is complete on the base with stationary grate, mountings, set of induced-draught fan, two sets of feed pumps, water level controls insulated with metal claddings and all other necessary safety devices.For boilers above 8 tonnes per hour steam generation capacity, mechanical firing like chain grate system, low ram stroker in the furnace and fluidized bed firing system in external furnace are provided. For boilers below 8 tonnes per hour steam generation capacity, manual firing system is in practice and is also economical.Quality
